Hot Lime, a craft taco and ceviche concept, is the creation of Daniel Gonzalez and Carlos Padilla. The duo have been friends since high school and, together, boast decades of restaurant experience at Miami’s top dining establishments. After testing their concept at Yellow Green Farmers Market in 2015, the duo joined St. Roch Market Miami. Their menu that reflects the city’s diverse cultural scene, from Peruvian ceviche to Argentinian tacos to fresh, made-to-order guacamole prepared counter-side.
